Hewlett Packard HP 5890 Series II Gas Chromatograph with flame ionization detector (HP 5890 GC-FID) is the most reliable gas chromatograph instrument. It has been widely used in many fields, including chemical analysis, quality control of pharmaceuticals, food safety, environmental safety and toxicology. This instrument can perform almost all the identity tests for the active ingredients listed in US Pharmacopeia (USP).
Dionex Accelerated Solvent Extraction 150 (ASE 150) system is used for the extraction of solid and semisolid samples using common solvents at elevated temperatures and pressures. The advantage of ASE 150 is the capability of extracting trace-amount chemical (analyte) from large volume of samples at very high efficiency.
